Tophatter video broken

During my current marketplace event, I keep getting served the tophatter video. At the end of the video, it doesn't let you close it. It forces you to open the app stare to download their crappy app....

I've been having the same issue for over a week now. It is VERY annoying. I don't even bother opening the daily bonuses because of it showing up.
