That is exactly what is happening to me! It happened right after the secret winter wonderland quest. My town value was 2,500,000 and now it is 60! Also, my daily allowance has also dropped! It used to be 5000 and now it is 3! If ANYONE finds a solution PLEASE reply to this! Thank you!
