Did the town value drop instantly or gradually? If you deleted in houses your town value you will decrease some and to get it back simply build new houses and buildings.
i am having this problem too. one day, my town value was 2,500,000 and the next day it was 60! please help, because this also affects my daily allowance, i used to get 5000 and now i get 3!
