Unable to play sims free play

 I. Have been unable to play sims free play after updating my iPad ,.  I Spend my own money putting into the game . I don’t think it’s fair to freeze the game now.😡😡😒

    It would help if you stated what iPad (examples Gen4, iPad Air Gen2 or iPad mini Gen6) and what kind of update, IíOS or game update

    Contact support > green ... button > info > online support > top right in pop up > Square talk bubble
