Unhappy

I was wondering if anyone had reached Rustic Acres and completed all required and did not get the Blossom Estates house? I submitted a request and was told a bug was occurring and they would fix it and give me my reward but haven’t heard back from anyone. Very disappointed with customer service help but still love the game but want my darn house.
