Video Offers Always Expired

Every time I go to watch a video offer for free Simoleons or LP, it tells me that the offer is expired and to choose a different. Well, you can't choose a different one, they go in order. And once that happens the Free option is no longer located in the upper left hand corner of the quest screen. You have to quit the game for the Free option to return, and when it's back it STILL says the video offer is expired. It's really starting to drive me nuts. Please fix this bug.
