Hi! Although EA hasn't made any you can always use custom content! Learn what cc is and how to use it *here*
I've also looked up some custom content of men's long hair for you find them *here* Many hairstyles displayed on females can work on males too!

There is no custom content for Sim's Freeplay. That content is for The computer game Sim's 4.
