Bridgerton Ball Collection Marketplace item bugg
I wanted to buy the entire Bridgerton Ball Collection in Marketplace so I could get the package deal and have the extra items. That didn't work. I had to buy both packs for 6,99euro each so I did. Now I paid 15 euro and didn't recieve any of the special extra items.
Why didn't I get the reduced price and why didn't I get the extra items? How can this be fixed please?

If you were intending to pick up the bundle but ended up getting the packs separately instead, it would be best to reach out to support so they can take a look and see what options are available so you can pick up the intended version here.
We're not able to make any changes on the forums including adding any items missed by picking these up separately I'm afraid, but the support team can check into this further with you.
