Can't Uninstall Kit

I brought some kits a few months ago. I had no idea that the kits messed up gameplay. I brought the kits through marketplace using moola. I thought yall fixed the issues with the kits so i tried adding them back one by one. I started with one but it didnt work. I went to the EA app to uninstall it but it says i havent purchased it. But when I open the game, it says I have it and it is downloaded. Now i can't fully play my game because the kit is messing up my game. There are at least 4 kits i cant use because yall havent fixed the issues. Please help me uninstall and at this point i want a refund for the kits i cant even use.

    Hey LoveBlackSong83​, 

    Just to clarify, if you purchased the kit using Moola through the Marketplace, that purchase would not be reflected in the EA App. We do have a thread for that here, if you'd like to join in: Kits purchased from Marketplace don't appear on EA app. 

    If you'd like to uninstall the kit, you can do so under Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage.
