Creator kits bug

I am contacting you because I have a serious issue with my recent in-game Marketplace purchase. I bought the virtual currency "Moola" with real money and used it to purchase Creator Kits inside The Sims 4. On the in-game Marketplace, the packs are listed as "Owned" and "Active", but the items are completely missing from the Build/Buy mode catalog. 
I don't use any mods.

Please note that free Creator Kits (from drops) are working perfectly, which proves that my game installation, files, and PC are working fine. The issue is strictly a server-side entitlement error with the Moola transaction on my account.

Since my previous automated support tickets were wrongfully closed, I request a manual refresh of the entitlements and licenses for my profile. Could you please check my account's in-game purchase history and push the missing licenses to my game?
