Hello, I have a problem. A few weeks ago, I bought a kit using the MOOLA currency, and now after the latest update, it shows up in the EA app as not purchased, even though it is installed in the game. The EA app does not register it as a purchase, but the marketplace does, and to be honest, that annoys and worries me. I need heeelp, hahaha.
That's because marketplace purchases are dealt with in game, instead of externally so your in game marketplace purchases are tied to your account. Even though it doesn't show it as purchased in the EA App, you do still have it in game. The marketplace purchases are tied to your account so if for whatever reason you have to uninstall the game and then re-install it. Any marketplace content you got will need to be installed while in game through the marketplace manager.
