I'm experiencing the same issue on Mac.
I purchased the following Kits through the in-game Marketplace:
Kitchen Clutter Kit, Golden Years Kit and Sleek Bathroom Kit
The Marketplace shows all of them as Owned, but only the Music Den Kit that brouht from EA is recognized correctly. The others are not synchronized properly cause brought from marketplace using Moola.
In particular, the interactive objects from the Kitchen Clutter Kit, such as the Fresh Finds Grocery Bag and the Cookie Jar, cannot be interacted with at all. I have already tried restarting the game and reinstalling the Kits, but the issue persists.
I believe this is related to Kits purchased through the in-game Marketplace. I hope this information helps with the investigation.
