Bought Storybook nursery July 28th, it was downloaded, got the receit but not one item. It's not in my library, the only option is "purchase" as refund is not eligible. Great.
Same day, after Nursery, bought Adventure awaits and everything went awry. I have meny issues and have opened several threads.
One more thing, I had no Repair option in EA app as "the game is still running". It was not. After closing it via task manager, I repaired the game. Loaded old game, started new ones, did the repair, deleted cache, copied Sims 4 folder and tried again, nothing helps.
I have no mods, just EA packs and kits.
I have read https://forums.ea.com/idea/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/read-first-compiled-list-of-reported-issues/5052943 and found one issue, missing "buy" from bookshelf which affects me as well.

Did you purchase the kit through the in game Marketplace. if you did then it will not appear as owned in the EA App since they are different storefronts.
If you got the kit through the Marketplace, you should go in game and check your installed content and see if you've actually installed the content.
