I have noticed for some time that this pack still displays its price in marketplace despite already being purchased, but since it’s shown as owned when clicked I thought it’s just a harmless glitch not worth reporting. However after EA App is updated to show marketplace contents this pack is still not properly displayed as in library like any other owned content. What’s worse is that when clicked from EA App this time it has the redeem option available, thus potentially dooming some careless poor souls to non refundable duplicate purchases.
I have also noticed a reply to a separate report pointing out that they couldn’t download this pack despite owning it. While I don’t have this particular problem and can uninstall & reinstall it in my collection just fine, I believe this is likely because I have already downloaded it first when the glitch hasn’t emerged.
Edit: forgot to mention that I’ve already repaired my game and cleared the EA App cache yet the glitch persists.
I’m pretty sure whoever merged my report with this thread didn’t even bother to check the screenshots I provided cuz it’s very clear that a marketplace bought pack doesn’t even shown properly as owned in MARKETPLACE either. And one other person who bought it before maker packs are purchasable in EA App can’t download it in marketplace. Something’s wrong with that particular pack and it has nothing to do with this titular bug.
