As a Dragon Age: Origin modder, because we had/have the Toolset, I was able to make many mods, scripts mods, etc. But as it stands I cannot understand the third party Sims 4 tools besides tuning (I am an amateur modder, but with over 36k downloads for my DA:O mods (and I only started a few years ago)). I'd love an official toolset for Sims 4 to better make mods, even for personal use!
Thanks for sharing! My Sims 4 mods have only been downloaded 6 thousand times, but with proper tools making more interesting and useful mods would be much more feasible. I really admire those Sims modders who are making amazing content even without proper first-party tools, but I personally got lost in all the tunings and decompiled source code without documentation, even having a helpful background myself.
