Marketplace Free Items Aren’t Showing Up (PS4)

There were about 5/6 free marketplace packs when I logged on today (a few stuff packs from creators), so I downloaded them immediately. I’ve exited the game fully twice and went back on but none of the items are listed in my CAS/Build Mode. I saw them in my download manager. I’m not sure if maybe I just need to find a way to “install” them or what I may need to do? 
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just user error?

    This has happened to me too!! My game keeps crashing lately and I’m not sure if these are part of the problem..

    Hi spaceballs6903​ Try uninstalling and reinstalling these Kits from the Marketplace and let me know if they're appearing for you then.
