I don't know if it's a me problem, but this morning my game was acting fine, and all my packs were there. But after all my classes, I came back to play some Sims and saw that a maker pack, "Fresh Picked Kitchen," wasn't in my library?? I went to see what was up, and its fully unavailable?
Is this happening to anyone else??
I went back to the main menu and now it looks like this:
and when I click on it, it shows this:
So then I went to pack selection and was able to select it this time (it was greyed-out before which is how I ended up here)
Thank you!! Super fast turn around. Do you know what happened so it hopefully doesn't happen again?
Caelicoe I recovered the save right before the most recent one I was playing (I always "save" and then "save & close" so they were minutes apart) and because this pack is so small and I don't think I've actually used anything in it yet, my game is working okay so far without it. Hopefully you can do something similar until they fix this :)
Community ManagerHey Artemis905, LadyAofPineapple, sengadevie, and Caelicoe,
Can you please take a look and let us know if you're able to access the Fresh Picked Kitchen kit now? Thanks!
i get on and a pack i paid money for is no longer available?
Community ManagerHey everyone,
Thanks for letting us know that the Fresh Picked Kitchen kit isn't available at the moment. We've passed this along to the team and will be sure to provide any updates as they come.
Updated my game today to the recent patch, and same thing happened: the pack is no longer available
Worked last night, though, pre-update
Can I at least get a Moola refund??
Same issue and I just bought not long ago too.
I'm encountering the exact same problem. It worked well today, and when I wanted to play tonnight, suddenly the pack is no longer available. I'll add to that that you can't even play your save or it might get corrupted.
