I have a question, I have bought and downloaded several things from the market but now I can't see them in my things. I could at the beginning of last week but then something must have happened because now they are gone. I have checked everything, and it is as it should be, I have also cleared the cache file

Just to confirm, when you navigate to Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage, are your packs all installed there? And are the same packs activated under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection? It might also be worth confirming that you're signed in to the correct account by checking the username in the top-right corner.

Hi. I’m having the same issue. I checked Marketplace> My Collection and everything I installed is there and says installed. I’ve only downloaded the free stuff from the Marketplace but it’s not showing up in game.
Community Manageramandeeezy Just to confirm, are they appearing as 'Active' on top of 'Installed' under Pack Selection? Have you tried reinstalling the packs to see if they appear in-game then?
