Moola madness

So, last week I bought stuff off Market place with moola. That was five days ago. I reloaded, repaired, restarted but...no items. Not in CAS, not in build buy. My moola balance reflects purchases, the EA app shows 'in library' under the items on the shopping page, but they are not visible when I go into my library. Download queue clear. So...any ideas? 

Can I get my moola (or even my actual money) back?

Also, my aspirations are showing as completed (seven of them) but my achievements (completing five aspirations) are not updating either. Achievements aren't showing completion in the secret alien either.

Here's one for Mulder and Scully... I have removed all fire places, possible sources of fire...so now my beds are spontaneously combusting. It's like something out of a poltergeist movie.

Help me, ObEA Wan, you're my only hope.

    Thanks for taking the time to report all of the bugs you've experienced after the new update.

    As this report covers several bugs, and we may have dedicated bug report threads opened for them, we'll be locking this thread. If there isn't an active thread for some of the bugs you've pointed out, please feel free to create a new bug report for each unreported bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc.

    Regarding the missing Marketplace content, have you checked if the packs are active and installed in Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage? If the packs are active and installed but still not appearing in-game, please create a new thread so we can continue there. Thanks!
