Purchased Wonderland Playroom Add-On but It’s Not Showing as Owned

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with the Wonderland Playroom add-on that I purchased while playing the game.

I normally purchase and download add-ons directly while in the game without any problems. However, this time, after purchasing the Wonderland Playroom add-on in-game, it wouldn't let me download it like it normally does.

I closed out of the game and tried to access the add-on again, but now it doesn't show that I own it. Instead, it's asking me to purchase it again.

The charge is showing in my bank account, so the payment appears to have gone through, but I still can't download or access the add-on.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I get the game to recognize my purchase? I don't want to pay for it a second time when I've already been charged.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey Dream_Asylum​, 

    Just checking in here, is the Wonderland Playroom add-on still not appearing in-game for you? I see you've mentioned that the charge is showing in your bank, but it'd still be worth checking your Order History page to make sure everything looks right there as well.
