EA team, we would like to request clarification regarding the inclusion of creators from regions subject to restrictions in the Sims Maker programme.
According to EA’s policy on regulatory compliance and sanctions, operations and monetisation in Russia are currently suspended. However, the platform features a Russian creator (SolovejCC) who is actively working and residing in Russia.
Does EA allow exceptions to its embargo and sanctions policy for individual creators? We would like a clear explanation of how region verification is carried out for the ‘Maker’ programme, and we also request that EA’s terms and conditions be applied equally across all platforms for creators.
