Remove the Moola requirement for kits on console

I truly do not understand the reasoning behind this. Maxis wants to claim that the implementation of the Marketplace and Moola is to benefit console players and allow us to have access to Custom Content. But now that the marketplace is implemented I cannot buy kits with money. I have to purchase a pack of moola and use that to buy a kit. This is absolutely ridiculous. 

Why on Earth are kits being locked behind microtransactions for console players? What is the reason? They are available for PC players as they normally were. There was absolutely no reason for this change. There is no logic behind this decision. It is poorly implemented, poorly thought through, and is honestly a slap in the face to console players. The fact that this is even a thing to begin with is disrespectful and unfair.

    I was just under the assumption kits were back on both console storefronts from a very recent post by The Sims Community website that reports Kits are returning to console store fronts.

    Anonymous​ Only the Bridgerton kits are available in the Xbox store. All the other kits aren‘t.

    I 100% agree with this!

    I‘m sharing my Xbox with my family and my family members can‘t use my newly bought kits anymore because they are only available for the person who bought it with their EA account. 
    This is such a downgrade!

    Console and game sharing is an essential feature for us console players. I don‘t mind if all the other CC that‘s available in the marketplace gets restricted to one single account since it‘s a new feature but kits should stay shareable like they were before.

    Please bring them back into the Xbox/Playstation store!

    I absolutely will not purchase anything from the marketplace until they do away with moola. I had about $150 in kits on my Playstation Store wishlist. I went in to purchase $100 of them today and they're gone. My understanding is that they're now only available through this moola thing, which I will absolutely NEVER be ok with. I don't like shady sales tactics. I prefer to see a price and pay it with my money. Don't make me buy larger amounts of pretend money first, just to force me into spending more to use it up. I'm smarter than that. I will continue to purchase content from the PS store, but the only thing left on there is the royalty pack and Bridgerton stuff. Everything else I don't own has been moved to the marketplace where I won't touch it.

    Hello doctordilemma​, Kits are actually once again available to purchase through the respective PlayStation & Xbox Storefronts as well as having the option to purchase them in game via the Marketplace.
