Unable to Download The Sims™ 4 Holiday Celebration Pack

I am having an issue with The Sims™ 4 Holiday Celebration Pack. At the moment, there seems to be no way for me to download or claim this pack.

I have already checked the following:

• The EA app
• The Sims 4 add-ons/manage add-ons section
• The in-game Marketplace
• The in-game menus
• The store/search options available to me

The pack does not appear as available to download or claim anywhere.

I understand that The Sims 4 Holiday Celebration Pack was originally released as free content, so I would like to know whether it has been intentionally removed for players who did not claim it previously, or whether this is a current issue with the EA app/Marketplace.

The in-game Marketplace also does not seem to be working correctly for me at the moment, which makes it even more difficult to check whether the pack is available there.

Could someone from EA please confirm:

1. Is The Sims™ 4 Holiday Celebration Pack still available for new players to claim?
2. If it is still available, where exactly can it be downloaded?
3. If it has been removed, was this intentional?
4. Is there currently a known issue preventing players from accessing or downloading it?

I would appreciate any clarification, because right now there appears to be no official way to obtain the pack.
