Can Same Sex Sims have babies now?
In old versions the option was only to adopt. I want to make a sim for mine to marry, and have kids with. But I don't know if it'll work.

I'm pretty sure it's possible. My first couple were gay female couple and I'm sure I didn't adopt. It's a while since I did that now.
