I bought the sims festival pass more

On 11/04 I bought the festival pass and since then I haven't received anything, but it was charged!
Other than that, any purchase after this problem is not being made, there is always an error with the message "restart your game" or "transaction canceled".

    I have the same problem too but in treasure hunt event.

    How bout now? Can u play it no?

    I tried to restart my game, my device, but it doesn't work either.

    Please the sims mobile team, help us. Or refund our real money.

  • I haven't had any feedback from The sims mobile team so far.

    I followed all the steps that were indicated, I've already tried to contact by all means and I haven't received any feedback so far. How should this help ticket work within the game?

  • I’ve seen this same issue on many of these forums. EA Games help team doesn’t seem to understand or care that there’s an issue and bugs with in app purchases. 

  • Just get a refund through apple or Google play.  Tell them you haven't received the item. Reaching ea is useless.  I've tried.  They tell me " reach support from within your game" I say....that's how I got here. It's just a big loop. Just get your refund. I suggest everyone do this even if you got your item...maybe they will actually start doing something if enough people get refunded and they start losing money.

    Sorry, but Apple refuses to provide refunds for TSM issues. I was billed for the last STS golden ticket twice and never received it, appealed twice to Apple and they refused to refund. apple isn’t to help, EA clearly never helps and I guess don’t care anymore that people can’t buy things in the game and make them more money. Game is going down the tubes. Even if I wanted to play other Sims games, the contempt EA had for players makes it a non starter. 

  • Last resort but it usually does work....file a complaint with the Better business bureau....tell them you want your refund as a resolve  businesses usually respond within the week.  Ijs apple is crap and why I wouldn't ever get one. I'll stick with my Samsung s24  ultra....
