I need help restoring my progress on my game

You must be signed in EA in order to retrieve progress. Restore progress appears when you uninstall the sims app then reinstall it. So pick any character and start the game.

Let it load and you will see the option to continue with your last progress. If you don’t continue you’ll lose it and start a new one. So when the load progress that you want comes up just select load game then you’ll continue your progress.
