I'm confused on the camera controls. Help?
I feel silly for not knowing this, but could someone tell me how to rotate the viewpoint of the camera? Basically, I don't know how to turn the view to go from the front of a building to go to the bac...

Use two fingers to rotate. Some angles in regular gameplay mode are impossible to turn to because of some invisible barrier. Build mode negates this though.
