I've had a bad time with them recently. I bought a fashion gem and Simcash pack recently and I only got two unique fashion items. The rest were duplicates of the zig zag design skirt. They were even the same shades of green color with only varying effects and traits. It surprised me that it didn't choose any other common tier fashion items except this long skirt.
