Login Bug?

Here is the problem, app said that no connection but my connection its completely safe because my husband in same WIFI playing dota 2 and I can’t open this app, I relogin/forceclose and open it again and here we go again. I have no idea this keep happend, anyone can give me some clues? Why this happend??
