As there's a mix of different issues here, let me try to explain what's the situation with each:

• Game crashing or freezing when using Izzy clothes, going to Izzy's studio, opening Izzy Creations tab, or using any Izzy feature:
  
  An adviser needs to help you with this, as they need to take care of your account. I'm asking you to contact them because, to fix your game, they need to know you are having this issue. They can't help if they don't know you have this problem, and they are the only ones who can help with it.
  
  If you contacted them in the past and you were referred to the forums, please, answer back or open a new case and let them know again your game is crashing when using an Izzy related feature. I understand the situation can be frustrating, with me asking you to contact them when they have asked you to post here, but unfortunately misunderstandings happen, and it's also possible we didn't have as much information as we have now when you contacted them previously.
  
  
  
• Izzy inventory full, no option to delete items

  Advisers can't help in this case, as game needs to be changed for everyone for the option to be available again.

  @majabajaib - your issue seems different, but you mentioned in another thread you had already contacted support, so I would recommend waiting as they might need more time to look into the situation, as it's not the same than others here.
