I'm having the same issue.

I'm at lvl 40 and I still have a lot of items (think lvl 36 and up) that I can't get. It's really annoying.

Have all the updates so that shouldn't be an issue. 

@Millemusen82 could you make a new bug post on this issue? It's a new thing as the old one got fixed already.
