It's from a "surprising event". You'll get the option to buy either a hamster cage (150 simcash) or a fish tank(250 simcash) or neither.

I have the fish tank...When it came up as a surprising choice I can almost 100% say that the choice was to take the fish tank or one of the other random things that they list with the when it came up as a surprising choice I can almost 100% say that it was A list as they all are and there was the option to take the fish tank along with other random things that they list Under the under , “choice decision”

If I am remembering incorrectly which I am really pretty sure I’m not but I am Will that surprise chance come up again as I have already “Won?🤷♀️“ The fish tank or am I just out of luck?
