@Vixelly Oh, now I understand what you meant with the Research event not available for you. There might be a passive or retired sim still in that event, please see earlier post of similar issue. @Ilois4 Hello! I tried what you suggested but to no avail. But you are right, there’s a stuck event. When I click on the pink check from the maps for the Research Home Clues, it keeps going back to one particular house. So I guess that’s where the stuck event is. Unfortunately, even after several restarts and even uninstalling/reinstalling the app, I still can’t get the Research Home Clue option. And no one is passive/retired SIM in that particular house. I guess, I will never be able to participate in the TH event.

@Vixelly Did you click through all your passive and retired sims in the family portrait and the generations tab?
I do not recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the app, since that can lead to progress loss.

@Ilois4 Yeah I did, but to no luck 😔 I can’t figure out who got stuck from that particular house.

@Vixelly Hi, it’s not necessarily from that house since any sim can do the event in any house. 🤔 Don’t give up! 🙏

@Ilois4 I almost figured it out. The Research Home Clue option finally showed up from the SIM that I created. However, that SIM was on another event when I accidentally hit the Map icon. When that SIM is finally done with the event, and I clicked on the map on any couch, the Research Home Clue disappeared again.

@Vixelly Hmm.. Did you try restarting the app when that sim wasn’t in any event?
