Re: Moving in other players sims (Sims Mobile)

Yes, they will lose control of their Sim. They do get the option to decline to move into your household.

So... i moved it someome elses sim into my household. Once the sim was able to move in it was already an elder. But it still had one trait to be unlocked. I filled the bar where it says " untill next trait" but i still havent unlocked the next trait. I use this sim alot and it does alot of activities.. im not sure what im doing wrong or how to fix this.

Is there a way to return their sim back to them?

Maybe by letting them fall in love with one of their Sims, I don't know for sure tho.

I got the 175 simcash to unlock the 3rd spot and I invited my Sims husband but he didn't move in... I'm confused. He is a real player but I figured since their relationship in my world wasn't effecting his world then he could move in??
But he's not. And I'm confused and frustrated..

Ask that Sim to Move in, and the owner of the Sim has the option to agree to that, or disapprove.

Marriage with an NPC, however, they would automatically move in with you if you have a free slot.

Moving in other Players' Sims though requires permission.
You cannot have the Sim once the owner disapproves the Move Out request.

    Thank you for clarifying!
Next time I'll start a relationship with an NPC. Much easier!

Although this morning he apparently accepted and moved in. I was surprised to see the message!

I wonder if this effects his world?

    Yes, it affected his/her world.
He/She has just retired the Sim that was asked to Move Out by approving the request, and has received heirlooms for it.

So that player lost a Sim, but don't worry, being asked by another player to Move Out one of your Sims is great, as it is like early retirement. This is only great for those who seek out to collecting the heirlooms.

Can someone plz help my wife who is a real person wont move in with me?

That would be unfair, since I want my wife who’s a real person to move in and they might disapprove and not move in

  • I think there ought to be a better system for this. There needs to be a way of finding out if someone is willing to part with their Sim before wasting a bunch of time and effort building up a move in relationship and then finding out the other person isn't interested. Surely EA can come up with something better!

I feel bad for keep turning down move in requests, but I'm not interested in losing my Sims! Plus on more than one occasion I have almost accidentally accepted a move in request! I would've been heartbroken to lose my Sim!
