Re: Sunset jetty Plot Are Resetting

I just wanted to confirm here that this issue is under investigation currently by the team.

  • Thank goodness - an update from someone. You can see many of us are affected and frustrated, not just by this problem but the ongoing string of similar lost content issues - and most importantly - how badly the support team respond. They seem totally unable to do anything but say how sad and sorry for us they are. Its not good enough.

  • @EA_Cade Thank you for the information, but if the problem is not solved, I will ask for a refund for that plot. I recommend that paid content be tested more before updating...
  • Wow! So many of us lost out on houses, items etc after the update which we don’t have a choice to use. Hope if they can’t fix they refund. I so loved the lot and I’m afraid to use it anymore. Good luck everyone.

  • I filed a ticket EA closed without updating me, with a tag saying it was fixed. Please help. 

  • @EA_Cade okay....so, can you please tell me how I (and others) can get help for my other 2 tickets. I'm missing items from last season, and all of my Cafe items. I am getting no help....and I'm seeing that I'm not alone. All I get is a random email asking if I still need help...I respond that I do, then I just get an email to a survey link that again asks me if my problem was solved. I click no...then it says thanks for doing the survey...then nothing! I've been going in that circle for every ticket multiple times! There are a lot of others that are experiencing the same. Now with this bug that has cause so many people to lose a tonne of stuff they spent real money on everyone has absolutely had it! We've had it because we get no help and now there is real money involved! These problems need to be taken far more seriously! The community is in an uproar and it's because of the escalating problems and continued lack of help and commutation!

  • I lost everything I had all of my most expensive items in this plot as well as 8-10 land expansions! 
    I can’t figure out how to make an in game ticket or whatever. Been running around in circles for days trying to figure it out. Spent a lot of money on this game!

    @Axs9315Sxa548 as far as I know no one has gotten any actual help but it's probably best to report it through their official channel just in case EA actually does something about it but that's doubtful

    Sorry for the delay in information here, as evidenced by the new alert at the top of this page and over at Help.ea.com, at this time we believe that we do not require you to contact us to in order for us to restore the missing items to your accounts. If that changes, I'll let you know ASAP.

    The Sims Mobile Team is working on this as we speak and I hope to have more information to share soon.

  • I just bought the lagoon lot, fully furnished. It crashed every time I try to go to the lot itself. It seems like premium lots that require actual money are actually crashing. At least for me. Pls make sure to include this in your "hotfix" cos it's just outrageous

    @YvonneSOS Same thing happened to me, with the damn 40 dollar lot....*SHAKES HEAD* check my ticket.

    This team really people are playing with them. The fact that we haven't been updated all week about this patch is VERY telling. This team is so incompetent that they can break the game in one day- and so untalented that it takes them four weeks to fix it.
  • My 90 Sunset Jetty land still missing the land extensions and my Serenity Stations house 😞

    I just got the competition & catch up pack, thanks... but my lot still the same... empty 

  • Hi, been waiting on the new update in hopes everythin is restored but it hasnt. Im still missing serenity stations an other items i placed on this lot. Still very empty.

    For me it justvsays my issue has been fixed when it very much has not been.

  • @EA_Cade You have announced that items were returned, but my plots are still empty. What do I do. Get angry that I feel lied to or keep emailing and jumping the hoops hoping to be supported by you? I have written every day since the items I earned and purchased disappeared. My requests have been ignored and closed without resolution or explanation. Please help me get what was promised, the return of my items. Thank have exchanged playing the game for corresponding with ea and being ignored. Please help.

    Still no brants spa available to me. I bought it WITH CASH. No sim cash in my inventory to replace it.  No simoleons to pay for the land i had cleared. Wth EA.

    @1004137928866check your inventory by category, you may see some items are back but they certainly did not return everything or compensate for builds and cleared land

  • My items were not returned. Still missing the home and the plots, a sim is literally suspended in mid air.

    @EA_Cade can you kindly advise if we can expect any further resolution of this issue after this so called "fix"  that was announced a few days ago, it is important to know at this time so we may proceed accordingly...

    @Kianna987858 Fix, what fix? I logged on recently because I read someone say something about getting their stuff back, but I hadn't gotten anything. I gave up on this game and this company weeks ago. I'm handling my issues through.. other means.

    I received nothing at all. Not a singular item. I earned all the stuff at festive event. Whole house plus items seperatetly. Only thing I received was unhelpful customer service responses. This bothers me a lot because it seems like they don't care about the issue. Even they sent some email for the missing items, it seems like not all of us received it....
