OMG! All I can say is like Wow!
I don't know how you guys do it. I can't design my way out of a paper bag!

This is what I have so far. Like I said I'm not a designer at all. Need to clear a couple of land spaces, but without real cash it's been hard. I just redid it and will again when I get a space cleared.
I'm rambling, cause I'm nervous! 😄
