OMG Thank you! I shall look now! I was so confuse and my sims kept yelling at me for Christmas spirit but now I’m going to run to them now!

I looked in the outdoor plants and I can’t see it? 

I was looking to buy it for the extra special season but it doesn’t want to be bought 😜 what do I do is there a way of purchasing it or downloading it somehow I don’t know what to do 🤣

Did you ever get a xmas tree in an event or crafted one in the eco shop?
I think its locked untill you will do this!

It was allways this way, that you needed to get(unlock) special items to buy duplicates.

If you have not unlocked one yet, try to win the xmas tree in the Treasure Hunt.

Then you will have one on Xmas 💕😋

@SimmeringPassion what Christmas tree do you want to purchase? 

@jayivy666 there's unfortunately a bug that affects items crafted in the Eco Workshop. Some of them are not unlocked to purchase even if they should. 

Only unlocked items appear in inventory. This applies to rewards from events and Eco Workshop items.

Thank you both for your help! I realised that last year I remember I had a Christmas tree and then I deleted the game off of my phone for space and it didn’t save the progress so when I downloaded it back like a couple of weeks back now I thought you could buy one! 😆 confusion all out the way now, I wish to if I can buy a Christmas tree but it I have to earn it i will!

Where do I find the Christmas tree to earn? And with the new expedition I want to spend the rewards to get the big gift but when I press the rewards part it crashes and closes my game I’ve tried several times and it does the same every time! It’s so frustrating!

What do I do?

@SimmeringPassionthe christmas trees are only getable (to unlock )in the eco workshop or during the xmas events.

Sorry to hear that your game is crashing.
I would delete all unimportant stuff from your phone and install the game new.maybe that could help. Depends on your phone! This crashes happen often because the cashe files have no space. So you need more saving room.But get sure that your game is saved and connected to ea, googe playstore or facebook before you do this.
If this does not help i would make a bug report here! Or open a ticket and write to the team!
