It'd be really great if retired Sims could be 'interactive' for a longer time, especially now that we have a senior-related story. I haven't experienced that yet since I don't have any elders yet but It is constantly telling me to retire my sim.
I think there should be more interactions with children, and elders,
and like we mentioned before, it would be nice to have a teen life stage.
The costant reminder of retirement is annoying as well. But when you aged up Sims to elders, after couple of days the blue icon just appears over their heads, and you have no other option but move them out completely or try to ignore the icon and let them roaming the house with no reason. It's a shame, especially that we have that new elders story. It looks like you can't complete it with your own elders, unless you spend a lot of time on that to speed things up.
