The moderators actively encourage this style of game play. While enforcing the multiplayer rule, at least in extreme conditions such as these would be relatively easy, complaints of this game play for 10 years shall continue to fall on deft ears. If you want to combat this style of game play, your only choice is to pay to play and to create more accounts than them.
