Army Points
I don't know if it's just because of my level but i noticed, the defense points went up 5 but the army level stayed at 10..Will it eventually go up or will stay at 10?

Not quite - the maximum army points is 200, but the command centres maximum is either 65 or 80 depending on the world you're on. The level of the command centre determines the maximum level of individual units in the army. The army level with all level 19 units will be slightly higher than 19. The same system applies to the defence hq - max points is 300 but max level is either 65 or 80.
