The arsenal hasn't been updated in a while. Whilst it may not give much information, the information it does give is mainly accurate. The information is incorrect about orcas, my guess would be it should be milliseconds - ie 5 seconds.
Ok so if we know that this option is not updated for so long time... Do you think Developers team look after that case??
someone from them can explain on what we should look at Arsenal and how cooperate amunition with buildings hitpoints like on commando i ask?
or its evrythink not up to date so evry what is there its wrong written...?
