Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3, which I think you have done.
So the ban is permanent.

Ah yes, as expected the reply to go back to the never ending circle of no help.
Maybe the EA staff here should tell their managers that this process is broken, so someone in the over paid EA C-levels offices will hear that they are losing customers which will hurt their stock bonuses...... - 2 years ago

Out of interest, what was the content of the initial email sent to you?
There are a few reasons that I am aware of for a permanent ban like this, like an already banned 2nd hand pc.

@OldTreeCreeper I have attached the original email. Not sure it helps much, but that is the most detail I have been given.
