If our TOS team has denied your appeals then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3, which I think you have done.
So the ban is permanent.
Ah yes, as expected the reply to go back to the never ending circle of no help.
Maybe the EA staff here should tell their managers that this process is broken, so someone in the over paid EA C-levels offices will hear that they are losing customers which will hurt their stock bonuses......
