Banned with no reason why, support just responds with the same canned message.

Banned with no reason why, support just responds with the same canned message.  This account is less than 3 weeks old, set it up so I could play C&C4 with my son.  Login to the game never worked, so ...

    Hey @robitonbnet I took a look and all info related to your ban has been communicated to you.


    If our TOS team has denied your appeals then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

@OldTreeCreeperIf you look at the two images I sent and the details provided, you will see there is zero information being communicated, hence my initial post.

Moved post for you, for better visibility, from Apex Legends to C&C.

Out of interest, what was the content of the initial email sent to you?

There are a few reasons that I am aware of for a permanent ban like this, like an already banned 2nd hand pc.

    @OldTreeCreeper   I have attached the original email.  Not sure it helps much, but that is the most detail I have been given.
