Can not continue the game

Hello.
Today i entering to the game and see all my destroyed base.
But i can not move or create a any one. Because i surrounded by AI bases around.

    You can sector jump to "create room". If you don't want to sector jump, ask your alliance to make room or sector jump back to where you were.
