Can you reopen world 99 of Tiberium alliances for new members?

It's highly unlikely that they will re-open closed worlds, even if technically possible.   Also, think about how long it will take for the group of players to be large enough to help killing the fortress.  Also, it will take some time to even get to the centre too.

no much active people up there , I was a member of screaming eagels 2 and left with that massive war vs Black Eagels , a war with no end and came back much , much later for a late badge lol.

that world is 95 % death.

Animals defence.  I remember that as well.  It was a massive free for all war.   That just kept going and going.  I am back there now myself.   Screaming Eagles III was my old alliance.  

Those were the days.   I was hoping they would reopen that world to new players.   We are short players to make a fort run for sure.   I still don't understand why they don't open it back up.

Can you log back into World 99 again?  Nameless is under attack.    I don't understand the relationship with Deathlands and why Nameless is red with them.   This seems to have dragged in the main alliance as well into a conflict.    Thanks for everything you do/have done.   Mech
