Clearing specific cookies and settings from the game within Chrome.

IMHO we should NOT HAVE TO clear cookies , cache , etc .... etc .... etc every day to play this  game ... NOT our fault .. its yours ...disgraceful this is . T.S.O game( The Settlers Online) dont have these issues and if any issues arise they sort out that day and give a little gift as a sorry .. here we get nout .....and usual excuses and blame passed on to us .. like its our computers fault ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not our fault.  Historically, EA did not update the login system when every other EA game was updated and as a result we're way behind in terms of security (their security as well as ours).  Either accept the problems and work around them for now, ignore the problems and proceed in real life to other pastimes or come here and moan........I know which I'll be doing......

Hola @beruby !A mi me ha funcionado con todos mis jugadores y mundos.Normalmente trato de borrar sólo las cookies justas pero en varias ocasiones me ha tocado borrar todas las que tienen algo que ver con el juego (como se indica al principio del hilo) para que vuelva a la vida.Es importante que una vez que tengas las cookies del juego borradas, le des a la opción "Cerrar sesión" que sale en la página principal del juego.Yo suelo meter la dirección de salida a mano (https://www.tiberiumalliances.com/es/logout) para forzar al juego a eliminar todo.Translation:It has worked for me with all my players and worlds.Normally I try to erase just the right cookies but on several occasions I have had to erase all those that have something to do with the game (as indicated at the beginning of the thread) so that it comes back to life.It is important that once you have the game cookies deleted, you give the option "Close session" that appears on the main page of the game.I usually enter the starting address by hand (https://www.tiberiumalliances.com/es/logout) to force the game to eliminate everything.

I find that when reading the forums via the in-game link it will also close the window for the game when I sign in to the forum via sign-in.  To avoid this happening I right click on the sign-in (for the forum) and open it in a new tab.  This avoids it closing the game to place the redirect in the game in the game window.
