Dead accounts

I have 2 fully funded account and EA has changed the passwords and sent me email links to change passwords however when i click on like i get

{"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Deprecated web2 traffic"}

What does that mean??

I work away from home and use multiple different machines at different locations and so they block me?

I think it now means that i now have to give up this game :( and when i finally log out of forums i won't be able to return. Its been good knowing you all.

    This seems to not only affect you, other players see the same issue with the broken reset link:
    https://help.ea.com/au/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/

    Resetting your PW manually through with the links in the article should work however.
