Firestorm 11

I cant start this new server with any of my accounts.....it goes to select gdi or nod and then gives me no selection and tells me to return to select another world...I deleted cookies and even gave someone my login to set up for me and they were able to set up their own but had the same issue with mine ....any suggestions???
