What does "....will not face the forgotten..." mean? There's no bases, or fortress? All PvP? Or some new enemy? All *wispers* infected...?

Not sure.
I noticed the forgotten reacting to a strategic trigger causing then to deploy around a player.
I cannot be sure of the trigger but do notice periods of no activity then very active periods, even when not near tunnels.

It seems like the goal is, and forgive me for being harsh in this post but the threat of restricting players and the resurrecting of the old forums as an attack on the community?
Now hear me out....
All this has happened several times in the past and was even described as "the nuclear option" by mods at one time. I don't understand the motivation once again for any of this.
So I just assume call it quits.
